The space

It includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a spacious closet with a brand new massager chair. The mid-level is designed for fun, with a fully equipped game room featuring shuffleboard, foosball, a TV, and a one-of-a-kind arcade system built into a vintage barrel—sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. On the main level, you’ll find a comfortable living room, a well-appointed kitchen, and one bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of seating for shared meals, while the living room features a cozy fireplace and access to the mid-level deck. The main-level bedroom includes a queen bed, direct access to the full bathroom, and a sliding door that opens onto the deck. The lower level includes a family room with a TV and a pull-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Step outside from the family room to enjoy the patio and relaxing hot tub. The attached studio apartment offers additional privacy, with a bedroom featuring a king bed and a loft with two twin-over-full bunk beds. It also includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, and TV. Guest access

The home is situated on a looped road with two entry and exit points—an uncommon feature in the area that’s especially helpful during heavy snowfall or when traveling with trailers. There are 5+ parking spots available between the driveway and street. The road is paved up to Terry Peak, then transitions to gravel/asphalt millings for the final half mile to the home. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months. For added convenience, taxi services are also available for transportation to and from Deadwood.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the hot tub while taking in breathtaking mountain views. Gas fire bbqgrill, propane fire pit, and a wood fire grill fire pit in the shed.
