Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire upper-level loft, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, and all amenities. The loft is accessed by a private exterior staircase located on the left side of the building. Guests are also welcome to use the shop/garage below the loft, which is ideal for storing collector cars, motorcycles, mountain bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and other outdoor equipment. The shop has space for approximately two vehicles or four to five motorcycles. The property offers an asphalt millings driveway with abundant parking for vehicles, trailers, boats, campers, or fifth wheels. Located directly along Spearfish Creek, it's the perfect spot to bring your fly rod and enjoy one of the area's most scenic waterways. The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay.
Other details
Up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests should bring a kennel for pets when left unattended. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture, and we ask that all pet waste be picked up during your stay. Waste bags are provided for your convenience. There is a pack-n-play and a highchair for little ones, toys, several board games and some DVDs.
