The space

This spacious three-level home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for your entire group. Upper Level: The upper floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cozy lofted living area. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed and a futon for additional sleeping space, while Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a built-in desk—perfect for catching up on work if needed. The lofted living room also includes a couch with a pull-out bed, creating even more flexibility for guests. Main Level: The main level is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept layout with the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly connected. The kitchen is finished with high-quality touches and fully equipped for group meals. The living room offers a warm and inviting space with a gas fireplace and TV. This level also includes Bedroom 3 with a king bed and its own TV, along with a 3/4 bathroom. Lower Level: Downstairs, you’ll find the ultimate hangout space with a family/game room complete with a large TV, foosball table, and a locally crafted arcade game featuring multiple classic favorites. Two additional bedrooms (Bedrooms 4 & 5) are located on this level, each with two queen beds, along with a full bathroom—perfect for accommodating larger groups comfortably. With multiple living areas and well-appointed bedrooms across all three levels, this home offers the perfect balance of space, entertainment, and relaxation for your stay.

Guest access

The home is situated on a looped road with two entry and exit points—an uncommon feature in the area that’s especially helpful during heavy snowfall or when traveling with trailers. There are 5+ parking spots available between the driveway and street. The road is paved up to Terry Peak, then transitions to gravel/asphalt millings for the final half mile to the home. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months. For added convenience, taxi services are also available for transportation to and from Deadwood.

Unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or fire up the grill after a day on the slopes at Terry Peak Ski Area. With scenic hiking and ATV trails nearby and endless attractions throughout the Black Hills, there’s no shortage of adventure. Inside, the game room offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The property features parking for up to six vehicles, with additional space for trailers. Newly finished asphalt millings on the road and parking area, along with the looped driveway, make access easy—no tricky trailer maneuvering required. Up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome on the main level. Guests must bring their own kennel (a few are available onsite if needed), and pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pets—tethers and waste bags are provided. Enjoy reliable Starlink Wi-Fi, direct access to hiking right outside the front door, and plenty of activities for kids beyond screens. This is a warm, family-friendly space designed for making lasting memories together.
