Guest access

The home is situated on a looped road with two entry and exit points—an uncommon feature in the area that’s especially helpful during heavy snowfall or when traveling with trailers. There are 5+ parking spots available between the driveway and street. The road is paved up to Terry Peak, then transitions to gravel/asphalt millings for the final half mile to the home. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months. For added convenience, taxi services are also available for transportation to and from Deadwood.

Other details

The property features parking for up to six vehicles, with additional space for trailers. Newly finished asphalt millings on the road and parking area, along with the looped driveway, make access easy—no tricky trailer maneuvering required. Up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome on the main level. Guests must bring their own kennel (a few are available onsite if needed), and pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pets—tethers and waste bags are provided. Enjoy reliable Starlink Wi-Fi, direct access to hiking right outside the front door, and plenty of activities for kids beyond screens. This is a warm, family-friendly space designed for making lasting memories together.
